Event Overview
Join Veterans Exploration Therapy (V.E.T.) in partnership with the National Sports Center for the Disabled (NSCD) for an immersive, multi-day wilderness experience.
Running from Friday, June 19th to Sunday, June 21st, this overnight excursion combines scenic riverside camping with thrilling white-water rafting. Participants will paddle full-size rafts through Class II-III rapids on the Upper Colorado River under the expert guidance of Certified NSCD Raft Guides.
This program operates in a highly supportive, noncompetitive "challenge by choice" environment, utilizing adaptive paddling systems and full instructor care so everyone can participate at their own level of comfort.
