Event Overview
This journey is about more than just a ride, it’s about finding perspective and sharing a new experience with fellow veterans. To accommodate more participants, we will be flying two hot air balloons! The trip includes an approximate one-hour flight over the stunning Colorado landscape, a continental breakfast, and a traditional celebratory toast.

Weather Cancellation & Backup Date Disclaimer:
Hot Air Balloon flights are highly weather-dependent. For your safety, approximately 25–30% of all trips are canceled or postponed due to wind, fog, or unfavorable conditions. If the flight is canceled due to weather, the backup date is set for Thursday, November 13, 2025. Please keep both dates open as your reservation is valid for the backup date.
Weight Requirement:
All participants must be under 250 lbs. This is a strict safety requirement for balloon balance and is enforced by our guide company. To comply with FAA safety regulations, our guide company, AdvOutWest, will discreetly weigh all participants at check-in. We also ask that you provide your current weight during
Health and Safety:
Participants must be at least 6 years old and may not be pregnant. All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to the flight.
