Event Overview
This private Veterans Exploration Therapy event is designed exclusively for participants of the Denver Veterans Treatment Court. Led by certified climbing instructors, this session will introduce veterans to the fundamentals of indoor climbing in a controlled, safe, and engaging environment.
Participants will learn how to properly wear a harness, tie in safely, and belay responsibly. After instruction, attendees will have dedicated climb time to practice with support from VET team leaders and Movement Climbing Gym staff.
Just like VET’s other skill-building events (e.g., rock climbing excursions, adaptive outdoor activities), this class promotes growth through challenge, enhancing confidence, discipline, and resilience.
