Event Overview
We’re taking things to the next level.
Join us for a meaningful morning out on the water at Cherry Creek State Park for a paddle boarding experience designed to help you reset, reconnect, and breathe. This isn’t just about getting outside. It’s about stepping away from the day-to-day and trying something that’s actually good for you.
For this special outing, we’ll be joined by Michelle L. Kaye, MA, LPC, a licensed professional who will guide us through calming breathwork techniques right on the water. It’s not a therapy session. It’s simply an opportunity to slow down, be present, and experience a new kind of peace alongside a great community.
No experience or gear is needed. Just show up and let the water do the rest.
